Claire, Hamish and I had a trip to the lovely O’Sushi train a couple of days ago, and it reminded me of a sushi maker that I had seen on the net. Instead of making standard sushi, it makes it with pictures of cute pandas, rabbits, bears, etc.

Don’t know if anyone cares, but I thought it was great.

Actually this is quite good timing, with the UK Advertising Standards Authority discussing the busses driving around the UK talking about there being no God. I guess if they are going to question the busses, maybe they should start looking at some of the claims the churches make in their advertising. Would be a rather interesting process to view.

Being not that long ago, I thought that the twin towers were taken down by hijacked (or possibly remote controlled) 747 planes. Apparently that was crap, and in 1979 Cookie Monster ate them.

So I guess we can all sleep a little better now. No terrorists, no need for war.

It’s good to see the movement of the rational is moving forward. I’m tired of putting up with the bullshit from religious folk who pick and choose what they believe in based on what is culturally acceptible at the time.

It’s time for the world to revolt. It’s time for the world to grow up and stop playing with their imaginary friends. Just remember, we’ll still love you long after you give up your bad religious habits.

So I am rather happy that people are starting to come out and talk openly about this, starting with the 800 buses driving around London with the above slogan displayed on them. It is however a little distressing that our little island isn’t ready for the truth, preventing a similar campaign from being put on our bus fleet. Hopefully one day we will be as wise as the English.

Now this is my form of protest. Japanese actress Aya Sugimoto did this photoshoot for PETA not that long ago, and I have only just gotten around to mentioning it.

I agree with her stance. I don’t like furry bits either. After all, I don’t even like anchovies because they are too hairy.

Admittedly, you’re probably just thinking I support her because she’s Japanese and she’s nude. And yeah, you’d probably be right.

Probably the most negative aspect of having a child I have found is that of the temptation to dress them in some totally stuipd clothes. This is no different, but I figure that if Hamish is going to be a gaming nerd he should really get used to looking the part.

I just hope that when he gets big enough to beat me up, he’ll have seen the funny side in it all.
