It is Daniel’s birthday today, so a big Happy Birthday to the boy! And on this special day I am reminded about pre-emo, pre-grunge fashion. As you can see, for some it was all the rage. Well we all grow up, and our tastes change (luckily).

I can’t believe it’s been five years already. You’ve managed to put up with me thus far, so I hope you can keep it up.

time for a new republican party

I’m typically against the US Republican Party. I always believed they were out to ruin the USA, which would not have a too good an impact on most other coutries in the world. Unfortunately my frame of reference was that of the last eight years, with F%$# Knuckle at the helm. I never knew a time were they weren’t a moniacal bunch of gun wielding maniacs.

The last week has shown me a little different, especially as the party is rupturing within as the two ideologies separate into their distinct personalities. Hence the article that I just read about “Time for a new Third Party Republican Party” as an example.

Could the US salvage themselves from having one of the most horrible and repulsive political parties of all time? Probably not… But watching the country fall apart will keep us all entertained.
