Did anyone notice the news headline yeserday about how the The Church of England officially apologised to Charles Darwin for misunderstanding his theory of evolution?

Well welcome to the real world our God loving freaky friends. It only took you 126 years to come to the party, but I must admit, this is significantly shorter than when you thought the Earth was flat, balancing on the back of a turtle.

I’d usually throw in some line about the demented USA fundamentalist religious right, but i’ve lost all hope for them, so why bother.
